Starlite Ferries Corporate Ticketing Offices and Passenger Travel Guidelines

Here is the Starlite Ferries Corporate Ticketing Offices and Passenger Travel Guidelines.

Present Printed e-voucher at Starlite Ticketing Office (port of origin).
Passengers must arrive at the port for at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure (boarding cut off is 30 minutes before the departure schedule).

Starlite Ferries reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers that arrives one hour before the travel schedule

The e-voucher will be replaced by an actual ticket at the port.
Valid ID with photo must be presented for verification purposes.
For Senior Citizens, and Students, OSCA ID, PWD ID, and Student ID must be presented during check-in.
Other List of Valid IDs:
- Any Government Issued ID
- Company ID
- Birth Certificate
- Barangay Certificate
Starlite Passengers (except 11 years old and below) are entitled of 50KG baggage allowance.
Excess Baggage will be charged at P10.00 per kilogram
For Passengers with Vehicles, Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) must be presented upon claiming the ticket.

Passengers can rebook before and after the scheduled trip
Rebooking (regardless of reason) is always subject to slot availability
Rebooking Fee Applies:
- Prior to Trip Schedule-Ten Percent (10%)
- After the Trip Schedule: Thirty Percent (30%)
if the rebooking reason is due to weather or technical concerns, rebooking is free of charge.
Rebooking Procedure:
- Contact your ticket seller or proceed to any ticketing offices of Starlite Ferries(if booked online via www.starliteferries.com, request may be emailed at [email protected])
Surrender the old e-voucher and provide new trip details
Pay rebooking fee (if any)
Get the new e-voucher (with the updated trip schedule)
