Rolling Cargo
2Go Transports cars, motorcycle, and trucks form port of origin to the port of destination.
Process in Shipping Vehicles
- Call 2Go Customer Serv ice Interaction Center and book your cargo.
- Bring the vehicle at the 2Go Rolling Cargo Area in any ports of operations forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled vessel departure.
Documents Required
- Official Receipt
- Certificate of Registration
- Deed of Sale (for secondhand vehicle)
- Delivery Receipt & Sales Invoice (for brand new vehicle)
Roll-On-Roll-Off (RoRo)
2Go RoRo Service you can control over the movement of your cargo/goods and your products will get to the market faster, fresher, and farther.
Corporate Customer ProcessÂ
- Pick-up at warehouse
- Loading into the vessel
- Unloading and direct delivery to the customer
For individual drive-in customers, bring vehicle to the 2Go RoRo staging area in any ports of operations.
Important Reminders
- To ensure cargo safety & security on board the vessel, all drive-in customers’ vehicles must have the necessary lashing implements.
- RoRo transaction must be booked 48 hours before the vessel departure.
2Go Vehicle Lashing Policy
- Bolted brackets (lashing point/s) not allowed. Brackets must be welded not bolted.
- Brackets on hub cab are not allowed.
- Vehicles with malfunctioning hand brake are not allowed.
