Starlite Ferries Passenger Guidelines
- At the Port of origin, printed e-voucher to be presented at Starlite Ferries ticketing office
- Passengers are advised to be at the port three (3) hours before the scheduled departure
- The boarding cut-off is 30 minutes before the trip schedule
Starlite Ferries reserves the right to deny passengers who arrive 1 hour before the trip schedule.
- The E-voucher is replaced by an actual ticket at the port and a valid ID with a photo must be presented( for verification purposes.
- For Senior Citizens, PWD, and Students the OSCA ID, PWD ID, and Student ID must be presented upon check-in.
- Other Valid IDs accepted

- Starlite Passengers (except 11 years old and below) are entitled to a 50 KG Free Baggage Allowance
- Excess Baggage is charged at Php10.00/KG
- For bookings with vehicles, an Official Receipt(OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) must be presented
