Best Time for Check-in?
  • Passengers with cargo or Checked Baggage, check-in time must be at least four(4) hours before the scheduled vessel departure.
  • All passengers must pass through the security inspection before going to the pre-departure area.

What is the 2Go Travel Policy for Infant Passengers?

Below are categorized as infants:

  • two (2) years or age and below
  • under one (1) meter in height

A waiver form must be accomplished before boarding the vessel.

Who are considered minor passengers?
  • Passengers ages between 3-17 years old
What is the Policy for Pregnant Passengers?
  • Pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks Age of Gestation/Pregnancy may not be allowed to board the vessel
  • Pregnant Passengers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must submit a Waiver (holding 2Go Travel free and harmless from any liability for any death/injury caused to the passenger or her unborn baby, unless is due to the willful or negligence from the the Carrier Shipping).
  • A medical certificate must be presented (certifying  the fitness of the pregnant passenger ).
  • 2Go Travel reserves the right to refuse pregnant passenger on board if they determines that the passenger cannot under the voyage without causing harm to the unborn baby and herself.
What is the 2Go Policy of Sick Passengers
  • A medical certificate certifying fit to travel must be presented upon boarding.
  • The shipping company may refuse a boarding if they determine the passengers health condition poses a risk to the health and safety of other passengers onboard the  vessel.
  • PWD, Persons with mental disorder, and persons with noticeable medical condition must have a legal aged travel companion and present a medical certificate.
What is policy for Senior Citizen Travelers?
  • It is the vessel Doctor’s discretion if to allow a senior citizen to board the vessel(depends on the passenger’s physical condition at the time of the pre-departure screening regardless of age.
What is the Allowed Hand Carry Baggage/Standard Baggage Allowance?
  • 2go Travel  Passenger is entitled to carry a hand baggage with maximum weight of 50 Kilos (dimension of not more than 20 inches height and 30 inches per piece.
  • The hand baggage must fit the passenger’s accommodation area and should not obstruct the passageway.
Are animals and pets allowed inside the vessel?
  • Animals and pets, except the endangered species, are allowed on board the 2Go Travel vessel but they must be properly caged and with bill of lading and quarantine certificates from the Bureau of Plant Industry.
Are Livestock allowed onboard?
  • Only fighting cocks are allowed onboard (with quarantine certificate from the Bureau of Animal Industry and bill of lading).
Can Passengers bring Plants onboard?
  • Flora and other plants(except endangered species) are allowed but must have proper documents from the Bureau of Plant Industry.
